1. What size should I order?

A. Our sizes are close to international standards. So, you can order the size that you are currently buying for your child. We do comfortable urban fits.

Refer to the size guide, to know more details about how to find the right size for your child.


2. Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?

A. We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device.

Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered / hand dyed items / handwoven fabrics.


3. Will there be issues like shrinkage and color bleeding?

A. We use premium quality Pre-washed fabrics with minimal chances of color bleeding or shrinkage.

Hand processed (block prints, hand dyed, other craft-based techniques) natural fabrics tend to color bleed for the first few washed. That is the innate fabric characteristic, and it just makes the fabric softer and more comfortable. With time, cottons have a natural tendency to fade.


4. Item I want is sold out. Can we do something?

A. Sold-out items may or may not be replenished. Either way, the orders cannot be processed immediately due to unavailability of ready stock. If you have time in hand, then get in touch with us on the contact details mentioned at the end of the page


5. Do you ship outside India?

A. Yes, we do. We accept all international bank credit and debit cards. You can use PayPal or PayU payment gateway to complete the transaction


6. How can I make the payment to complete my order?

A. We accept debit and credit card payments, UPI payment, net banking, wallets through a secure online server.

Cash on delivery (cod) is available in India for selected pin codes.


7. How do I know my order has been placed?

A. Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us.

If you have not received the email notification or have been debited for the order, please reach out to us on the contact details mentioned at the end of the page.


8. How do I track my order?

A. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email.


9. When will I receive my order?

A. We dispatch orders within 7 business days.

Thereafter, delivery time in India varies between 3-7 days depending on your location.


10. How do I cancel or make modifications in my orders?

A. Requests to cancel orders or any modifications (change the size or the shipping address) can be made with in 24 hours you have been placed the order. If the order has been dispatched, we would not be able to do any changes.

Requests to cancel orders or any modifications (change the size or the shipping address) can be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, and you can't cancel and make modifications on custom made orders once payment is done would not be able to do any changes.
